Youth and Adult
Faith Formation
Our St. Thomas Youth and Adult Catechetical Ministry is in its third decade of passing on the Catholic Faith by educating, nurturing and supporting Catholics in our international parish. Currently, it is the only Catholic Faith Formation program offered in English in Prague.
Classes
Youth Catechetical Program
Our Weekly Youth Catechesis classes are held every Wednesday evening at 5:30 p.m. and are designed for children from 8 years old through their teen years. We have three classes: Invited (First Holy Communion Formation), Rooted (Multi-Year Faith Formation), and Confirmed (Two-Year Confirmation Formation).
OCIA / Adult Confirmation Formation
Our Adult Confirmation class is designed for those baptized in the Catholic Church or in a recognized Christian denomination. We also have a two-year program for catechumens seeking the sacraments of Baptism, the Eucharist and Confirmation.

Both classes meet on Wednesday evenings from 7 p.m. - 8 p.m. at St. Thomas.

We believe that at the base of any sound religious education for our community, we must incorporate both a knowledge of the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the experience and adoption of a true life of and in the Faith.​
Registration begins in September and the first class of the year is on the first Wednesday of October.
